Rajiv Swagruha Corporation to auction 137 open plots in Hyderabad
The Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation is set to conduct public auctions for developed open plots in Hyderabad during February. Managing Director V.P. Gowtham announced that the auctions will be held on February 7 and 8 across three locations — Torrur, Bahadurpally and Kurmalguda.
A total of 137 plots will be put up for auction, all of which come with clear titles, good road connectivity and basic civic infrastructure. The upset price for the plots has been fixed between ₹20,000 and ₹30,000 per square yard, making them an attractive option for prospective buyers.
Interested applicants can submit their applications and pay the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) through MeeSeva centres, online payment modes, UPI or Demand Draft (DD).

Torrur: 105 plots
Bahadurpally: 12 plots
Kurmalguda: 20 plots
